No. A marketplace hosts other sellers; PROMIVO does not. Every one of the 146 agents here is built and maintained by us, and there is no way for anyone else to list anything. What PROMIVO offers is a first-party catalogue of ready-made AI agents you can browse, compare and deploy, instead of building one from a blank prompt — and an automation platform to run them.
How the catalogue works
Browse by category, industry or task, or search for the outcome you need. Every agent states what it reads, what it produces and which integrations it requires before you deploy it.
Each agent is a versioned definition: a system prompt, a set of tools it may call, an input and output schema, execution limits, and a ceiling on the actions it may take without approval.
Deploying an agent puts it in your workspace, where it runs server-side. You can run it manually, schedule it, or place it as a step in a workflow.
You connect your own AI provider account. PROMIVO charges for the platform and the agents; the model usage is billed to you directly by your provider.
What is PROMIVO?
PROMIVO is an AI agent platform that helps businesses deploy AI agents and automate real workflows. It combines a catalogue of ready-made agents, a workflow builder, integrations with the tools you already use, and custom agent development for work the catalogue does not cover.
How do I choose the right agent?
Start from the task, not the technology. Filter by category or search for the outcome, then read what the agent reads and produces. Every detail page lists its inputs, outputs, required integrations and the plan it is available on, so you can tell before deploying whether it fits your process.
Do I need my own AI API key?
Yes, on every plan including the free one. You connect your own Anthropic or OpenAI account and pay that provider directly for model usage. PROMIVO does not resell AI usage or add a margin to it, and there is no PROMIVO-funded allowance: without your own key connected, an agent does not run.
Which industries and workflows does PROMIVO support?
The catalogue spans sales, marketing, customer support, finance, operations, compliance, human resources and legal work, among others. Rather than a fixed industry list, browse by category or search for the specific task — the agents are organised by the work they do.
What if no agent fits my process?
Send a brief describing your business, the problem, the tools you already use and the outputs you need. Three scopes — Adapted, Built and Regulated — and each one is included with an annual plan rather than sold separately. The agent is built from your brief and delivered into your workspace, and it is yours.

Finds the circuits and lines billed for things that no longer exist
Reconciles every billed circuit, line and device against your actual sites, staff and usage — and reports what is being paid for that nobody uses, at an address you left, or by someone who has gone.
Takes over: Matching every billed circuit and line against a site, a person or any usage.
Finds the ticket credits and compensation expiring unclaimed
Finds unused ticket credits before they expire, flights that may carry a compensation entitlement, unrefunded refundable fares and duplicate bookings — each with the deadline to act on it.
Takes over: Finding ticket credits, unclaimed compensation and unrefunded fares before they expire.
Finds the complaint that shows up in every channel at once
Reads reviews, survey comments, tickets, churn reasons and call notes together, groups them by the problem being described, and ranks by how many independent sources raise it and what revenue it touches.
Reads closed deals against their own history — stage progression, competitors present, buyer seniority, requirements raised — and reports the patterns that separate wins from losses, rather than the reason someone typed.
Takes over: Testing why deals were actually lost, against what was typed in the CRM.
Reviews backup coverage, retention, isolation and tested recovery times against what the business has actually promised, and reports what a real recovery would not restore.
Takes over: Establishing what would actually come back after a failure.
Finds which kind of change keeps breaking production
Reads incidents against the changes that caused them and reports the pattern — which services, which timing, which change shapes fail — with the control that would have caught each.
Takes over: Reading many incidents together to find which changes keep causing them.
Finds why appointments are missed, and the capacity nobody recorded as lost
Analyses non-attendance and cancellation patterns by lead time, slot, clinic and cohort, finds capacity lost to unfilled cancellations and early finishes, and reports the scheduling changes that would recover it.
Takes over: Finding why appointments are missed and where capacity actually goes.
Finds the controls that exist on paper and nowhere else
Reads the control register against what was actually performed and evidenced — orphaned owners, missed frequencies, self-review, bulk attestations — and reports which risks are covered only on paper.
Takes over: Checking whether documented controls are actually performed and evidenced.
