No. A marketplace hosts other sellers; PROMIVO does not. Every one of the 146 agents here is built and maintained by us, and there is no way for anyone else to list anything. What PROMIVO offers is a first-party catalogue of ready-made AI agents you can browse, compare and deploy, instead of building one from a blank prompt — and an automation platform to run them.
How the catalogue works
Browse by category, industry or task, or search for the outcome you need. Every agent states what it reads, what it produces and which integrations it requires before you deploy it.
Each agent is a versioned definition: a system prompt, a set of tools it may call, an input and output schema, execution limits, and a ceiling on the actions it may take without approval.
Deploying an agent puts it in your workspace, where it runs server-side. You can run it manually, schedule it, or place it as a step in a workflow.
You connect your own AI provider account. PROMIVO charges for the platform and the agents; the model usage is billed to you directly by your provider.
What is PROMIVO?
PROMIVO is an AI agent platform that helps businesses deploy AI agents and automate real workflows. It combines a catalogue of ready-made agents, a workflow builder, integrations with the tools you already use, and custom agent development for work the catalogue does not cover.
How do I choose the right agent?
Start from the task, not the technology. Filter by category or search for the outcome, then read what the agent reads and produces. Every detail page lists its inputs, outputs, required integrations and the plan it is available on, so you can tell before deploying whether it fits your process.
Do I need my own AI API key?
Yes, on every plan including the free one. You connect your own Anthropic or OpenAI account and pay that provider directly for model usage. PROMIVO does not resell AI usage or add a margin to it, and there is no PROMIVO-funded allowance: without your own key connected, an agent does not run.
Which industries and workflows does PROMIVO support?
The catalogue spans sales, marketing, customer support, finance, operations, compliance, human resources and legal work, among others. Rather than a fixed industry list, browse by category or search for the specific task — the agents are organised by the work they do.
What if no agent fits my process?
Send a brief describing your business, the problem, the tools you already use and the outputs you need. Three scopes — Adapted, Built and Regulated — and each one is included with an annual plan rather than sold separately. The agent is built from your brief and delivered into your workspace, and it is yours.

Designs the agent organisation, and names what must stay human
Takes your departments, processes and systems and returns the operating model: which work agents should own, the handoffs between them, the deployment sequence, and the work that must not be automated.
Takes over: Deciding which of a company's work should be handed to agents, and which must not.
Offers the slots that can actually happen, not the ones that look free
Reads a booking request in ordinary language, checks every person, room and piece of equipment the service really needs, and books only what the customer has confirmed.
Takes over: Answering a booking request, checking it against every diary and resource, and offering a slot that will hold.
Reads workflow timestamps to separate queue time from touch time, finds the step and the structural cause holding everything up, and measures the rework loops a throughput number hides.
Takes over: Measuring where end-to-end time actually goes in a process.
Says where the day leaks, when the diary looks full
Reads the diary you already have and finds the unsellable gaps, the treatments that always overrun, the practitioner nobody books, and the service mix that fills a day without paying for it.
Takes over: Reading a month of diary to find where the capacity actually went.
Compares sales, operations and finance forecasts against each other and against their own track records, quantifies each one's historical bias, and prices what the disagreement will cost.
Takes over: Reconciling sales, operations and finance forecasts against their own track records.
Finds the gap, the rest breach and the unplanned overtime before the rota is published
Checks a draft rota for coverage gaps, missing qualifications, rest and consecutive-day breaches across rota boundaries, unplanned overtime cost, and the few people carrying every awkward shift.
Takes over: Checking a draft rota for coverage, qualifications, rest and cost at once.
