Terms of service

PROMIVO provides a catalogue of AI agents, an automation platform for running them, and custom agent development. Every agent is built and maintained by PROMIVO; no third party lists or sells anything here. Agents run on PROMIVO infrastructure and are metered against your plan.

Your account

  • You are responsible for activity under your account and your API keys.
  • Keep your credentials secret. Revoke an API key you no longer need.
  • One person per account. Team access uses organisation membership.

Purchases and subscriptions

  • Agents are not sold individually. A paid agent is reached through a plan — the entry plan lets you hold three of your choosing, and the plans above it include the catalogue — and you keep an agent you hold for as long as the plan is active, including future versions of it.
  • A custom-built agent is different: it is an included benefit of an annual plan rather than a separate purchase. Nothing is charged for sending a brief, and the agent built from that brief is yours and stays in your workspace, including if the subscription later ends.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and set your monthly usage allowances.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep access until then.
  • Billing — handled by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and is the seller shown on your card statement and on the invoices it issues. Payment state is determined solely by that provider's verified webhooks, never by anything a browser reports.
  • Who provides the service — PROMIVO is operated by Ehab M. A. Nasser, trading as PROMIVO, of Ziya Gökalp Mah., Karşıyaka Cad., My World Europe Sitesi, Başakşehir, İstanbul, Türkiye. The merchant of record contracts with you for the purchase itself; this is the party providing the service.

AI provider costs

Your PROMIVO subscription covers platform access, agent functionality, workflows, integrations and support at the level of your plan. It does not cover AI model usage.

  • You connect your own AI provider account and are billed by that provider directly, at their prices, under your agreement with them. PROMIVO adds nothing to those charges and does not receive any part of them.
  • You are responsible for your provider account, its API key, the usage made through it and the charges arising from that usage.
  • An agent does not run without your own provider key. There is no PROMIVO-funded allowance and no fallback to a PROMIVO key: where no valid key is connected the run is refused, with a message saying so, rather than being carried at our expense.
  • PROMIVO does not charge per agent execution. Where a plan describes executions as unlimited, that describes PROMIVO’s charging and makes no statement about the cost or volume of AI usage billed by your provider.
  • Provider credentials you supply are encrypted at rest and are never returned to a browser. You may disconnect them at any time.

Payment failures

If a renewal payment fails, our payment provider retries it on its own schedule and notifies you. Access is not withdrawn on the first failure. If the retries are exhausted the subscription lapses and free-tier limits apply.

Usage limits

Each plan sets monthly allowances per metric. When an allowance is exhausted, the metered action is refused with a message naming the metric and the limit. Nothing is silently throttled or degraded.

Acceptable use

You may not use PROMIVO to:

  • Generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive or harassing content.
  • Impersonate a person or organisation, or produce fabricated records.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Circumvent usage limits, permission checks or the risk ceiling on an agent.
  • Access data belonging to another customer.

AI output

Agent output is generated by a language model. It can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing output before acting on it or publishing it — particularly anything that carries legal, financial, medical or compliance weight. Agents that perform outbound actions are configured to require approval by default.

Custom development

Custom agents are quoted per engagement. Scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before work starts. Delivered agents belong to your workspace.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is without a warranty of uninterrupted availability, except where an enterprise agreement states an SLA. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.

Termination

You may stop using PROMIVO at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will say why when we do.
