No. A marketplace hosts other sellers; PROMIVO does not. Every one of the 146 agents here is built and maintained by us, and there is no way for anyone else to list anything. What PROMIVO offers is a first-party catalogue of ready-made AI agents you can browse, compare and deploy, instead of building one from a blank prompt — and an automation platform to run them.
How the catalogue works
Browse by category, industry or task, or search for the outcome you need. Every agent states what it reads, what it produces and which integrations it requires before you deploy it.
Each agent is a versioned definition: a system prompt, a set of tools it may call, an input and output schema, execution limits, and a ceiling on the actions it may take without approval.
Deploying an agent puts it in your workspace, where it runs server-side. You can run it manually, schedule it, or place it as a step in a workflow.
You connect your own AI provider account. PROMIVO charges for the platform and the agents; the model usage is billed to you directly by your provider.
What is PROMIVO?
PROMIVO is an AI agent platform that helps businesses deploy AI agents and automate real workflows. It combines a catalogue of ready-made agents, a workflow builder, integrations with the tools you already use, and custom agent development for work the catalogue does not cover.
How do I choose the right agent?
Start from the task, not the technology. Filter by category or search for the outcome, then read what the agent reads and produces. Every detail page lists its inputs, outputs, required integrations and the plan it is available on, so you can tell before deploying whether it fits your process.
Do I need my own AI API key?
Yes, on every plan including the free one. You connect your own Anthropic or OpenAI account and pay that provider directly for model usage. PROMIVO does not resell AI usage or add a margin to it, and there is no PROMIVO-funded allowance: without your own key connected, an agent does not run.
Which industries and workflows does PROMIVO support?
The catalogue spans sales, marketing, customer support, finance, operations, compliance, human resources and legal work, among others. Rather than a fixed industry list, browse by category or search for the specific task — the agents are organised by the work they do.
What if no agent fits my process?
Send a brief describing your business, the problem, the tools you already use and the outputs you need. Three scopes — Adapted, Built and Regulated — and each one is included with an annual plan rather than sold separately. The agent is built from your brief and delivered into your workspace, and it is yours.

Finds the stock that will never sell, while it is still worth something
Separates genuinely dead stock from slow-moving-for-a-reason, prices what delay costs in recoverable value, and says what clearing now releases against clearing later.
Takes over: Working out which stock will never sell, and what waiting costs.
Finds what the onboarding file is missing, and decides nothing
Checks a customer onboarding file against your own CDD policy — expiries, mismatches, gaps in the ownership chain — and refers every judgement to an analyst.
Takes over: Working through an onboarding file for expiries, mismatches and gaps in the ownership chain.
Writes the sequence, and tells you which segment you may not email
Drafts lifecycle and campaign sequences from your own data, and reports the consent, suppression and frequency problems before a single message is queued.
Takes over: Writing lifecycle sequences and checking who may actually be emailed.
Builds the list from licensed data, and collects businesses rather than people
Finds and qualifies local businesses against your criteria using your own licensed places data — no scraping, no harvested personal emails, and gaps reported rather than filled.
Takes over: Building a qualified list of local businesses to approach.
Says which asset fails next, and which service is causing failures
Reads work order history to find assets heading for failure, maintenance intervals that are wrong for how the asset is actually used, repeat faults that were never really fixed, and machines that now cost more than they are worth.
Takes over: Reading years of work orders to find what fails next and why.
Decisions, owners and open questions — and nothing anyone did not say
Turns a meeting into what was actually decided, who owns what, and what was left unresolved — marking anything without a clear owner rather than assigning one.
Takes over: Writing up what was decided, who owns what, and what was left open.
Recosts every dish against today's ingredient prices, puts margin and popularity together, and says which dishes to protect, fix, promote or remove — and what each change is worth.
Takes over: Recosting every dish and putting margin next to popularity.
Finds the clause, the exclusion and the condition — and lets a person decide
Answers coverage questions by quoting the actual policy wording and its endorsements, surfacing every exclusion and condition that bears on the question. It never decides a claim.
Takes over: Finding the clause, the exclusions and the conditions that bear on a coverage question.
