Decisions, owners and open questions — and nothing anyone did not say
A meeting summary is a worse version of having been there, which is why nobody reads them. What matters afterwards is narrower: what was decided, who owns what, and what was raised and never resolved.
This agent produces those three things from a transcript or notes. Decisions with the reasoning that was actually given. Actions with the owner who accepted them, in their own words. And the open questions — the thing someone raised that the meeting moved past, which is usually the most valuable line in the document.
What it will not do is tidy the list. Asked for action items, a model always produces a clean set with an owner beside each, inventing owners the meeting never assigned. That item goes into a tracker and someone is chased for work they never accepted. Here, an action with no clear owner is reported as unowned, which is a finding worth reading.
The unresolved question is written down, not lost.
Nobody is chased for work they never accepted.
Decisions with reasoning stop the same argument recurring.
What was decided and why, as stated — so nobody relitigates it next month.
An action nobody took is marked unowned. It will not invent an owner to tidy the list.
What was raised and moved past. Usually the most valuable line in the document.
A topic aired at length is not a decision, and treating it as one causes the next argument.
Where the meeting decided something that contradicts an earlier decision in the same meeting.
Commitments recorded in the words that were used.

Because the meeting did. An invented owner ends up in a tracker and someone is chased for work they never accepted. Unowned is a finding, and it is one the organiser should see.
A short one, but that is not the point. Decisions, actions and open questions are what survive a meeting; a summary is a worse version of attending.
No. It drafts. What is circulated from a meeting is a decision for the person who ran it.
