No. A marketplace hosts other sellers; PROMIVO does not. Every one of the 146 agents here is built and maintained by us, and there is no way for anyone else to list anything. What PROMIVO offers is a first-party catalogue of ready-made AI agents you can browse, compare and deploy, instead of building one from a blank prompt — and an automation platform to run them.
How the catalogue works
Browse by category, industry or task, or search for the outcome you need. Every agent states what it reads, what it produces and which integrations it requires before you deploy it.
Each agent is a versioned definition: a system prompt, a set of tools it may call, an input and output schema, execution limits, and a ceiling on the actions it may take without approval.
Deploying an agent puts it in your workspace, where it runs server-side. You can run it manually, schedule it, or place it as a step in a workflow.
You connect your own AI provider account. PROMIVO charges for the platform and the agents; the model usage is billed to you directly by your provider.
What is PROMIVO?
PROMIVO is an AI agent platform that helps businesses deploy AI agents and automate real workflows. It combines a catalogue of ready-made agents, a workflow builder, integrations with the tools you already use, and custom agent development for work the catalogue does not cover.
How do I choose the right agent?
Start from the task, not the technology. Filter by category or search for the outcome, then read what the agent reads and produces. Every detail page lists its inputs, outputs, required integrations and the plan it is available on, so you can tell before deploying whether it fits your process.
Do I need my own AI API key?
Yes, on every plan including the free one. You connect your own Anthropic or OpenAI account and pay that provider directly for model usage. PROMIVO does not resell AI usage or add a margin to it, and there is no PROMIVO-funded allowance: without your own key connected, an agent does not run.
Which industries and workflows does PROMIVO support?
The catalogue spans sales, marketing, customer support, finance, operations, compliance, human resources and legal work, among others. Rather than a fixed industry list, browse by category or search for the specific task — the agents are organised by the work they do.
What if no agent fits my process?
Send a brief describing your business, the problem, the tools you already use and the outputs you need. Three scopes — Adapted, Built and Regulated — and each one is included with an annual plan rather than sold separately. The agent is built from your brief and delivered into your workspace, and it is yours.

Finds the dead deals your forecast is still counting
Reads every open deal for the signals that it has died — silence, slipped dates, a departed champion, no next step — and reports what the forecast would be without them.
Takes over: Testing whether the deals behind a forecast are still alive.
Reads workflow timestamps to separate queue time from touch time, finds the step and the structural cause holding everything up, and measures the rework loops a throughput number hides.
Takes over: Measuring where end-to-end time actually goes in a process.
Finds the same thing bought four times at four prices
Cleans messy spend data into something a buyer can negotiate with: duplicate suppliers, the same item at different prices, spend that never touched a purchase order, and where the leverage actually is.
Takes over: Cleaning spend data by hand before any of it can be analysed.
Finds the products you are quoting below the margin you think
Re-rolls every bill of materials against today's component prices and actual scrap, traces how one component moves through multi-level assemblies, and names the products now quoted below target margin.
Takes over: Re-rolling product costs against today's component prices and actual scrap.
Splits equipment effectiveness into availability, performance and quality losses, computes the unlogged short stops that dominate most lines, and prices each loss in units and hours.
Takes over: Working out where a shift's available time actually went.
Finds the overrun while it is still four weeks away
Reads committed cost, unpriced variations, rate drift and programme slip together, and reports the forecast final cost — not the spend-to-date that always looks fine.
Takes over: Joining the cost report to the programme to forecast the real final cost.
Names the reason a renewal is at risk, not a score
Reads usage, support history, champion status and contract terms per account, and reports which renewals are genuinely at risk, why, and what would change it — with time left to act.
Takes over: Working out which renewals are genuinely at risk, and why.
Finds the best seller that loses money after returns
Computes true margin per product after the full cost of returns — shipping both ways, handling, markdown and tied capital — and reads return reasons for the fixes that would end them.
Takes over: Computing product margin after the real cost of returns.
Finds the money you already earned and never billed
Reads contracts against entitlements against invoices, and reports every place the three disagree — unapplied uplifts, expired discounts still running, unmetered overage, wrong price book.
Takes over: Reading every contract against every invoice to find what was never billed.
