No. A marketplace hosts other sellers; PROMIVO does not. Every one of the 146 agents here is built and maintained by us, and there is no way for anyone else to list anything. What PROMIVO offers is a first-party catalogue of ready-made AI agents you can browse, compare and deploy, instead of building one from a blank prompt — and an automation platform to run them.
How the catalogue works
Browse by category, industry or task, or search for the outcome you need. Every agent states what it reads, what it produces and which integrations it requires before you deploy it.
Each agent is a versioned definition: a system prompt, a set of tools it may call, an input and output schema, execution limits, and a ceiling on the actions it may take without approval.
Deploying an agent puts it in your workspace, where it runs server-side. You can run it manually, schedule it, or place it as a step in a workflow.
You connect your own AI provider account. PROMIVO charges for the platform and the agents; the model usage is billed to you directly by your provider.
What is PROMIVO?
PROMIVO is an AI agent platform that helps businesses deploy AI agents and automate real workflows. It combines a catalogue of ready-made agents, a workflow builder, integrations with the tools you already use, and custom agent development for work the catalogue does not cover.
How do I choose the right agent?
Start from the task, not the technology. Filter by category or search for the outcome, then read what the agent reads and produces. Every detail page lists its inputs, outputs, required integrations and the plan it is available on, so you can tell before deploying whether it fits your process.
Do I need my own AI API key?
Yes, on every plan including the free one. You connect your own Anthropic or OpenAI account and pay that provider directly for model usage. PROMIVO does not resell AI usage or add a margin to it, and there is no PROMIVO-funded allowance: without your own key connected, an agent does not run.
Which industries and workflows does PROMIVO support?
The catalogue spans sales, marketing, customer support, finance, operations, compliance, human resources and legal work, among others. Rather than a fixed industry list, browse by category or search for the specific task — the agents are organised by the work they do.
What if no agent fits my process?
Send a brief describing your business, the problem, the tools you already use and the outputs you need. Three scopes — Adapted, Built and Regulated — and each one is included with an annual plan rather than sold separately. The agent is built from your brief and delivered into your workspace, and it is yours.

Finds why you cannot tell whether last week's prompt change made it worse
Reviews an AI feature against what production actually requires — evals, observability, cost attribution, limits, data boundaries and human gates — and names what is absent.
Takes over: Working out what an AI feature is missing before it reaches customers.
Finds every place you run AI, and what each one now obliges you to do
Builds a register of your AI systems from your own descriptions, sorts them by what they decide, and reports the obligations and prohibitions each one raises.
Takes over: Working out where the organisation runs AI and what each use now obliges it to do.
Costs the project from your own rates, and names what it excluded
Estimates by specification level — shell, finished, or finished and furnished — from your own rate card and past projects, with confidence and exclusions stated.
Takes over: Pricing a project from a spreadsheet that carries last project's mistakes forward.
Finds what was paid above what the policy actually required
Audits settled claims against the policy that governed them — deductibles, sub-limits, depreciation, recovery rights, authority levels — and reports the leakage rate and the pattern behind it.
Takes over: Auditing settled claims against the policy that actually governed them.
The promises you signed, and the ones you are missing
Extracts every obligation from your signed contracts — reports due, insurance to maintain, notice to give, credits owed — and reports which are overdue, which fall due next, and which rights expire if unused.
Takes over: Reading signed contracts to find out what was actually promised, and by when.
Reviews against your negotiating playbook, not generic legal opinion
Reads an incoming contract against your own standard positions, flags every deviation with the clause and the internal rule it departs from, and marks what a lawyer must decide.
Takes over: The first pass over incoming contract paper against your own negotiating positions.
Finds where the drawings and the specification disagree
Cross-checks drawings, specification, schedules and room data sheets for contradictions, missing entries and unlocated items — before a contractor prices the cheaper reading.
Takes over: Cross-checking drawings, specification and schedules against each other.
Finds the payments your exact-match control was never going to catch
Finds duplicate and near-duplicate payments across reference variants, duplicated supplier records, credit notes applied to the wrong invoice and rerun payment batches — with the evidence to recover each.
Takes over: Finding invoices that were paid more than once.
Reconciles who works here against what they can still reach — joiners, movers and leavers — and finds the accumulated access that creates a segregation-of-duties failure.
Takes over: Reconciling who works here against what they can still reach, across every system.
Checks the carrier's arithmetic before the dispute window closes
Audits carrier invoices line by line against the rate agreement and the shipment record — accessorials with no trigger, reweighs, detention, duplicate billing — and flags each one before the time limit to dispute it expires.
