No. A marketplace hosts other sellers; PROMIVO does not. Every one of the 146 agents here is built and maintained by us, and there is no way for anyone else to list anything. What PROMIVO offers is a first-party catalogue of ready-made AI agents you can browse, compare and deploy, instead of building one from a blank prompt — and an automation platform to run them.
How the catalogue works
Browse by category, industry or task, or search for the outcome you need. Every agent states what it reads, what it produces and which integrations it requires before you deploy it.
Each agent is a versioned definition: a system prompt, a set of tools it may call, an input and output schema, execution limits, and a ceiling on the actions it may take without approval.
Deploying an agent puts it in your workspace, where it runs server-side. You can run it manually, schedule it, or place it as a step in a workflow.
You connect your own AI provider account. PROMIVO charges for the platform and the agents; the model usage is billed to you directly by your provider.
What is PROMIVO?
PROMIVO is an AI agent platform that helps businesses deploy AI agents and automate real workflows. It combines a catalogue of ready-made agents, a workflow builder, integrations with the tools you already use, and custom agent development for work the catalogue does not cover.
How do I choose the right agent?
Start from the task, not the technology. Filter by category or search for the outcome, then read what the agent reads and produces. Every detail page lists its inputs, outputs, required integrations and the plan it is available on, so you can tell before deploying whether it fits your process.
Do I need my own AI API key?
Yes, on every plan including the free one. You connect your own Anthropic or OpenAI account and pay that provider directly for model usage. PROMIVO does not resell AI usage or add a margin to it, and there is no PROMIVO-funded allowance: without your own key connected, an agent does not run.
Which industries and workflows does PROMIVO support?
The catalogue spans sales, marketing, customer support, finance, operations, compliance, human resources and legal work, among others. Rather than a fixed industry list, browse by category or search for the specific task — the agents are organised by the work they do.
What if no agent fits my process?
Send a brief describing your business, the problem, the tools you already use and the outputs you need. Three scopes — Adapted, Built and Regulated — and each one is included with an annual plan rather than sold separately. The agent is built from your brief and delivered into your workspace, and it is yours.

Checks the statement against the contract that governs it
Reads royalty and licensing statements against the agreement — rate tiers, permitted deductions, reserve release, currency basis, missing territories — and reports every line the contract does not support.
Takes over: Checking a royalty statement against the agreement that governs it.
Finds the seats nobody uses and the renewal nobody is watching
Reconciles software spend against who actually logs in, flags every auto-renewal before its notice window closes, and finds the three tools doing the same job.
Takes over: Building the software inventory from card statements, invoices and an identity system.
Tells you what your backtest actually proves, which is usually less than you think
Audits a trading strategy's results for the mistakes that make a backtest meaningless — costs, sample size, look-ahead, survivorship, and an edge that is really one trade.
Takes over: Checking whether a backtest actually proves anything before money goes near it.
Finds the circuits and lines billed for things that no longer exist
Reconciles every billed circuit, line and device against your actual sites, staff and usage — and reports what is being paid for that nobody uses, at an address you left, or by someone who has gone.
Takes over: Matching every billed circuit and line against a site, a person or any usage.
Finds the ticket credits and compensation expiring unclaimed
Finds unused ticket credits before they expire, flights that may carry a compensation entitlement, unrefunded refundable fares and duplicate bookings — each with the deadline to act on it.
Takes over: Finding ticket credits, unclaimed compensation and unrefunded fares before they expire.
Asks for everything missing once, not one document at a time
Checks a lending file against your own policy for every document that is missing, expired or stale, and produces one complete request — with no credit assessment of any kind.
Takes over: Checking a lending file against policy for everything missing or stale, at once.
Compares sales, operations and finance forecasts against each other and against their own track records, quantifies each one's historical bias, and prices what the disagreement will cost.
Takes over: Reconciling sales, operations and finance forecasts against their own track records.
Finds the wrong tariff, the peak that sets your bill, and what runs all night
Reads meter data against the tariff you are actually on — peak demand intervals, baseload when closed, power factor penalties, estimated readings — and reports what each is costing.
Takes over: Checking an energy bill against the tariff and the meter data behind it.
Finds the stock that will never sell, while it is still worth something
Separates genuinely dead stock from slow-moving-for-a-reason, prices what delay costs in recoverable value, and says what clearing now releases against clearing later.
Takes over: Working out which stock will never sell, and what waiting costs.
Finds what the onboarding file is missing, and decides nothing
Checks a customer onboarding file against your own CDD policy — expiries, mismatches, gaps in the ownership chain — and refers every judgement to an analyst.
Takes over: Working through an onboarding file for expiries, mismatches and gaps in the ownership chain.
