No. A marketplace hosts other sellers; PROMIVO does not. Every one of the 146 agents here is built and maintained by us, and there is no way for anyone else to list anything. What PROMIVO offers is a first-party catalogue of ready-made AI agents you can browse, compare and deploy, instead of building one from a blank prompt — and an automation platform to run them.
How the catalogue works
Browse by category, industry or task, or search for the outcome you need. Every agent states what it reads, what it produces and which integrations it requires before you deploy it.
Each agent is a versioned definition: a system prompt, a set of tools it may call, an input and output schema, execution limits, and a ceiling on the actions it may take without approval.
Deploying an agent puts it in your workspace, where it runs server-side. You can run it manually, schedule it, or place it as a step in a workflow.
You connect your own AI provider account. PROMIVO charges for the platform and the agents; the model usage is billed to you directly by your provider.
What is PROMIVO?
PROMIVO is an AI agent platform that helps businesses deploy AI agents and automate real workflows. It combines a catalogue of ready-made agents, a workflow builder, integrations with the tools you already use, and custom agent development for work the catalogue does not cover.
How do I choose the right agent?
Start from the task, not the technology. Filter by category or search for the outcome, then read what the agent reads and produces. Every detail page lists its inputs, outputs, required integrations and the plan it is available on, so you can tell before deploying whether it fits your process.
Do I need my own AI API key?
Yes, on every plan including the free one. You connect your own Anthropic or OpenAI account and pay that provider directly for model usage. PROMIVO does not resell AI usage or add a margin to it, and there is no PROMIVO-funded allowance: without your own key connected, an agent does not run.
Which industries and workflows does PROMIVO support?
The catalogue spans sales, marketing, customer support, finance, operations, compliance, human resources and legal work, among others. Rather than a fixed industry list, browse by category or search for the specific task — the agents are organised by the work they do.
What if no agent fits my process?
Send a brief describing your business, the problem, the tools you already use and the outputs you need. Three scopes — Adapted, Built and Regulated — and each one is included with an annual plan rather than sold separately. The agent is built from your brief and delivered into your workspace, and it is yours.

Checks the carrier's arithmetic before the dispute window closes
Audits carrier invoices line by line against the rate agreement and the shipment record — accessorials with no trigger, reweighs, detention, duplicate billing — and flags each one before the time limit to dispute it expires.
Takes over: Checking carrier invoices line by line against the rate card and the shipment record.
Counts backwards from the opening date to find what is already late
Turns a furniture and fittings schedule into a dated critical path — production, shipping, approvals and site readiness — and names the items whose decision date has already passed.
Takes over: Turning a furniture schedule into a dated critical path.
Catches the overcharges that match the purchase order perfectly
Checks supplier invoices against the terms of the contract itself — rates, caps, minimums, uplifts and pass-through costs — and cites the clause behind every exception.
Takes over: Reading the supplier contract to check whether the invoice you are about to pay actually matches what was agreed.
Extracts every dated right and obligation from your leases — break options with their conditions, rent review windows, service charge queries, repair covenants — and reports what must be done, by when.
Takes over: Tracking every dated right and condition inside a lease portfolio.
Reads the law firm's invoice against the guidelines you agreed
Checks external counsel invoices line by line against your billing guidelines and rate card — block billing, off-card timekeepers, partner time on associate work, duplicate attendance, unapproved rate rises.
Takes over: Reading counsel invoices line by line against the billing guidelines you negotiated.
Describes what the chart shows, and refuses to tell you what to do
Reads price and volume for structure — ranges, tested levels, volatility regime, unusual activity — with the sample size behind every observation, and no recommendation of any kind.
Takes over: Reading charts across a watchlist and writing down what actually changed.
Counts each customer once, however many channels claim them
Reconciles platform-reported conversions against customers actually acquired, shows the double-counting explicitly, and reports true blended cost, spend that produced nothing, and customers acquired above their worth.
Takes over: Reconciling what channels claim against customers actually acquired.
Finds what the marketplace charged wrongly, and what it owes you
Rebuilds marketplace settlements against your own catalogue and shipments — wrong size bands, wrong category rates, lost and damaged inventory, refunds without returns — each with its claim deadline.
Takes over: Rebuilding marketplace settlements against your own catalogue and shipments.
Finds the reason the claim will be denied, before you submit it
Checks coded claims against the documentation and the payer's own rules, and reports what would cause a denial — without ever assigning a code or judging care.
Takes over: Checking coded claims against documentation and the payer's own rules before submission.
Finds where one metric name means three different things
Reads the queries behind your dashboards and reports where the same metric is computed differently, where different names compute the same thing, and which reports would disagree in a meeting.
Takes over: Establishing what each metric actually computes, across every dashboard.
Runs the whole close: tracks every task against your own timetable, checks the reconciliations actually reconcile, and reports what an auditor would find first.
Takes over: Chasing the close by hand: who has done what, and re-checking the reconciliations that came back.
