Overview
Contractors rarely lose money on pricing. They lose it on notice: work was instructed, everyone on site knew it, and the claim fails eighteen months later because the contract required written notice within fourteen days and nobody sent one.
This agent reads the contract in your knowledge base for what actually creates entitlement — the clause, the notice period, the form the notice must take, the records that must accompany it — and checks each variation and claim against it. It reports which are within time, which are approaching a deadline, and which have already lost their entitlement on notice, quoting the clause.
It also finds the instruction that was never treated as a variation at all: a site instruction or a drawing revision that changed the work and was never captured. That one is invisible until the account is settled. It does not price claims, does not tell you whether one will succeed, and does not draft correspondence that admits or concedes anything.

FAQ
Does it value claims?
No. Valuation is a quantity surveyor's work and depends on records and rates outside this. It checks entitlement and process, which is where entitlement is usually lost.
Will it say whether a claim succeeds?
No. It reports whether the contract's requirements appear to have been met and where they have not. Success depends on facts, evidence and often a lawyer.
What if the contract is not loaded?
It stops and says so. Notice periods differ under every standard form and every amended contract, and assuming one would be worse than checking nothing.
