Finds the claim that will be reversed, before you submit it
A dealership does warranty work, claims it from the manufacturer, is paid, and then — often a year later — is audited. Claims are reversed in bulk, not because the repair was wrong, but because the documentation does not meet the standard: a narrative that does not establish the fault, a labour operation code that does not match the work described, a part claimed without the failed part retained, a repair by a technician without the required certification.
Every one is fixable at the moment of claim and unfixable afterwards. That timing is the whole problem: the technician has moved on, the vehicle has gone, and nobody can reconstruct evidence for a repair that genuinely happened.
The second cost is the opposite failure and nobody measures it: work performed under warranty and never claimed at all, because the job was written up as customer-pay or internal by someone who did not check coverage.
Both are invisible until the audit, and the audit only moves money one way.
This agent checks each claim against the standard before submission and reports what would fail and why. It submits nothing and never judges whether a repair was appropriate — that is a technical judgement belonging to the technician.
An appeal after an audit almost never succeeds.
Which is also faster cash.
The failure nobody measures because it costs nothing visibly.
Fixable now, unfixable at audit. By then the technician has moved on and the vehicle is long gone.
Whether complaint, cause and correction actually establish the fault, rather than merely filling three boxes.
A code that does not match the narrative is the commonest reversal there is.
A failed part not retained, or a technician without the certification the operation requires.
Written up as customer-pay or internal by someone who did not check coverage. Nobody measures this.
It never submits or amends a claim, and never judges whether a repair was the right one.
Why Automotive in particular. Every defect is fixable at the moment of claim and unfixable afterwards. By the audit the technician has moved on and the vehicle is gone, and a repair that genuinely happened cannot be evidenced.
Runs unattended
Started by you or by an event, and it finishes on its own. Nothing waits for someone to be at a desk.
The same standard every time
The two-hundredth item is held to the bar the first one was. Consistency is the part people cannot sustain.
It cannot act on its own
Warranty Claim Readiness Agent has no path to sending, spending or committing. That limit is why its output is safe to act on.
This agent runs server-side through the PROMIVO runtime. Each run is logged step by step and every tool call is permission-checked before it executes.
Read-only by design. This agent has no path to sending, spending, publishing or committing anything. Where that limit is the product, removing it would remove the reason to trust the output.

No. It never submits, amends or withdraws a claim. Claims go to the manufacturer under the dealership's own credentials and that stays with a person.
Never. Whether a repair was appropriate is a technical judgement belonging to the technician. It checks documentation against the manufacturer's standard.
No. A narrative describes what a technician actually found and did, and one written by an agent is exactly what an audit is designed to catch. It says which element is missing so the technician can supply it.
