How do you choose your first agent from the catalogue?
The catalogue is organised by the work agents do, not by the technology they use. Start from a task you already have, not from a capability you would like.

Where should I start looking?
From your industry or from the job. The industry pages group agents by who they are for; the use-case pages group them by the work, which cuts across trades — a revenue leakage auditor and a freight invoice auditor are the same job in two businesses. If you already know the task, search for the outcome rather than the tool.
What should I read before deploying one?
Four things on the detail page. What it reads, which tells you whether you have that data in a form it can use. What it produces, which tells you whether the output lands where the work actually happens. The integrations it requires, which is the most common reason an agent cannot run yet. And the plan it needs.
How many agents does my plan let me use?
Starter lets you choose any three. All-Access and Team open the whole catalogue with no per-agent fee. Team adds seats — up to ten people sharing one allowance rather than ten allowances.
Can I try one before subscribing?
A free account can read every agent in full and run one a month — on your own provider key, like every other run on the platform. Reading the catalogue costs nothing and needs no key. Running an agent needs one, because the model request is made against your account and billed to you by your provider.
What makes a good first choice?
Work that is frequent, boring, and already has a right answer somebody could check. That last part matters most: if nobody can tell whether the output is correct, you cannot tell whether the agent is working, and you will not trust it enough to use it.
What if two agents look like they do the same thing?
Compare what they read rather than what they are called. Two agents with similar names usually differ in their input — one reads a document, the other reads a system — and that difference decides which one fits your process.
