Which plan includes it
A custom build is part of a subscription, not a separate purchase. Each scope is included with an annual plan, and the scope your work sits in decides which one. Most requests are a variation on an agent already in the catalogue — which is why a build comes with a plan at all, rather than costing what an agency charges to start from nothing. The agent then runs on your own model key, so there is nothing to pay us for using it.
