Interior AI generates renders. The client loves the image, and then someone has to establish what the chair is, whether it is available, what it costs, how long it takes and whether it fits through the door. None of that is in a picture, and the picture came from a model that has never seen a price list.
This produces the document a project actually runs on: a room-by-room specification and furniture schedule built from your own supplier catalogue. Every line carries a real product, a real price and a real lead time, because it came from your data rather than from a description of a style.
It works to the budget you set and reports where the budget lands short, with what to change. And it names what it could not source — the item you described that nothing in your catalogue matches — rather than specifying something plausible that a buyer discovers is unavailable in week three. FAQ
Does it produce renders?
No. It produces the schedule a render cannot give you: real products, prices and lead times. The image is the easy half and it is the half already served by everything else.
What if our catalogue does not have something?
It says so and describes what is needed, so a buyer can source it deliberately. Specifying a plausible product that turns out not to exist is how a schedule loses a project three weeks.
Can it place the orders?
No. It schedules. Committing spend with a supplier is a person's decision.
