Can it send to my list?
Only with an email provider connected and permission granted. Otherwise it produces the sequence for you to load into your own tool.
Do I have to connect an email provider?
Only to send from PROMIVO. Without one you still get the full sequence — subjects, bodies and timing — to load into whichever tool holds your list.
Who pays for the AI usage?
You do, on your own provider key. A sequence is one run whose cost scales with how many emails you ask for, not with the size of the list you later send to.
